Brett Jordan, CEO

Mr. Jordan has served as CEO of Lignetics, Inc. since May 2016.  In this role, Mr. Jordan is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the business and building the management team and operating model to execute that vision.  Prior to joining Lignetics, Mr. Jordan served as CEO of American Recreation Products LLC, a Sun Capital Partners portfolio company, from 2011 to 2015.  In this leadership position, he was responsible for executing a three-year turnaround plan which delivered a 10%+ EBITDA return on sales ratio improvement, significant reduction in working capital, and a 2-full turn improvement on inventory efficiency.  Management of this brand portfolio business included driving strategic acquisitions as well as divestitures.  Mr. Jordan led the successful exit of the ARP business for Sun Capital Partners in transaction with a strategic buyer in April of 2015.  Brett was retained as President of the new $150M combined entity responsible for the day to day management of the business.  During this time, he led integration activities netting more than $4.5M in annualized synergy savings and led a successful IT implementation that put the business on a single ERP platform.  Before joining ARP, Mr. Jordan had a successful 12-year career at Black and Decker holding various positions in sales, marketing, and general management.  Mr. Jordan holds a business degree from the University of Colorado. 


Mike El-Hillow, CFO

Mike joined Lignetics in 2018 and has an extensive background as a CFO and finance leader for several public and private companies.  He has a strong skill set that includes multi-site manufacturing, cost accounting, acquisitions and integrations. In his most recent previous role, Mike was CFO of National Technical Systems Inc, a private equity owned business with 30 locations in the United States.  Mike began his career at Ernst & Young, spending 16 years as an audit partner and client services executive before moving into financial leadership roles. He holds an MBA from Babson College and an Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Massachusetts.


Brit Reich, Vice-President of Sales and Marketing

Mr. Reich joined Lignetics, Inc. in April of 2017 in his current role of VP – Sales and Marketing.  In this role Mr. Reich will be responsible for executing a comprehensive Go-to Market strategy that will leverage the strengths of the company into a national brand leader in the current space as well as creating new markets for the product capabilities of each plant.  Prior to Joining Lignetics, Mr. Reich served as Vice President of Sales and Corporate Officer at Arctic Cat, Inc. for the previous 2 years leading up to the acquisition of Arctic Cat by Textron Corporation in April of 2017.  While at Arctic Cat, Mr. Reich was responsible for all sales activities including dealer development, training, and sales analytics for this iconic snowmobile and ATV manufacturer.  Prior to Arctic Cat, Mr. Reich worked with Mr. Jordan for over 5 years at American Recreation Products as Vice President of Global Sales.  At American Recreation Products, he led the initiative of developing and executing the successful Channel Go-To Market strategy that would ultimately be one of the key elements of the company’s turnaround success.  Mr. Reich spent the first 18 years of his career at Black & Decker in various sales and marketing leadership roles including VP of Sales leading teams responsible for major customers such as Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, Walmart, and the Co-ops.  Mr. Reich holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from San Diego State University. 


Mitch Lehn, Human Resources Director

Mitch served as Director of Human Resources of Lignetics, Inc. since November of 2016.  In this role, he is responsible for executing strategic objectives of the company and building an HR function to support those initiatives.  Prior to joining Lignetics, Mitch served as the Human Resources Director of Cimarex Energy, a $2B Oil & Gas company since May of 2014 establishing HR systems and processes to support field and office locations during a period of rapid growth in the industry.  Mitch began his career at General Motors as a Labor Relations Representative and went on to hold leadership positions in Human Resources, both at a plant level and headquarters locations for Eaton Corporation, Qwest Communications, US Foods and Encana Oil and Gas.  Mitch holds a Bachelor degree in Psychology from St. Olaf College and a Masters in Human Resources Management from Michigan State University.


Alison Snider, Vice President Business Development

Alison Snider joined Lignetics, Inc. in September 2016 in a leadership role focused on business development, organizational structure, and process implementation.

Mrs. Snider is responsible for ensuring strategic priorities translate into tangible project goals and are supported with necessary tools and resources.  In supporting initiatives to design a culture of accountability, she has defined and implemented standardized roles and responsibilities and a monthly forecasting process since coming on board. 

Prior to joining Lignetics, Mrs. Snider earned a business degree from Southwestern College and spent 6 years in specialty retail followed by 8 years with American Recreation Products where she held several leadership roles including Director of Sales Operations and Director of Channel Marketing. More recently, she served as Director of National Accounts for Gaiam, a leading brand in the yoga and active lifestyle sporting goods space. 


Bryan Cooper, Vice President Operations

Bryan joined Lignetics in 2018 and brings 30 years of operations, supply chain and consulting experience with diverse companies in consumer products, mining, food and forestry.  He has strong background in lean manufacturing, strategic sourcing, production planning and inventory control as well as optimizing manufacturing processes.  Bryan served as Director of Operations for US Silica during a period of strong growth and industry consolidation and worked to improve operations supporting dynamic and challenging market environments.

Bryan completed a B.A. from Dartmouth College and holds several certifications in areas such as Six Sigma Black Belt, Strategic Sourcing, Lean Manufacturing, and Leadership.  He has written several articles and been invited to speak at several universities on topics focused on business design, sustainability and supply chain management.   Additionally, Bryan worked in supply chain and operations roles for American Recreation Products, Boart Longyear, Black and Decker and Ernst & Young and completed consulting projects for Sherwin Williams, Goulds Pumps, Scotts Company and a myriad of portfolio companies for private equity investors.
