Brett Jordan, CEO

Mr. Jordan has served as CEO of Lignetics, Inc. since May 2016.  In this role, Mr. Jordan is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the business and building the management team and operating model to execute that vision.  Prior to joining Lignetics, Mr. Jordan served as CEO of American Recreation Products LLC, a Sun Capital Partners portfolio company, from 2011 to 2015.  In this leadership position, he was responsible for executing a three-year turnaround plan which delivered a 10%+ EBITDA return on sales ratio improvement, significant reduction in working capital, and a 2-full turn improvement on inventory efficiency.  Management of this brand portfolio business included driving strategic acquisitions as well as divestitures.  Mr. Jordan led the successful exit of the ARP business for Sun Capital Partners in transaction with a strategic buyer in April of 2015.  Brett was retained as President of the new $150M combined entity responsible for the day to day management of the business.  During this time, he led integration activities netting more than $4.5M in annualized synergy savings and led a successful IT implementation that put the business on a single ERP platform.  Before joining ARP, Mr. Jordan had a successful 12-year career at Black and Decker holding various positions in sales, marketing, and general management.  Mr. Jordan holds a business degree from the University of Colorado. 

Casey Hofmann, CFO

Casey is a seasoned senior finance executive with a broad industry background and brings hands-on financial management & analysis expertise. Her core strengths include optimizing operations, accelerating top-line growth, maximizing profit, ROI and shareholder value. Previously, Casey was CFO at EXXEL OUTDOORS LLC in Boulder, CO. Casey holds a bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University.

Mike Sale, VP Operations

Mike has served as VP Operations since April 2019.  In this role, Mike is responsible for leading the manufacturing and supply chain functions of the company to ensure and improve safety, customer satisfaction, quality and productivity at our manufacturing plants. Prior to joining Lignetics, Mike served as Manufacturing VP for Friant & Associates, a privately held office manufacturer based in the Bay Area of Northern California. 

Mike began his career working in various engineering and manufacturing roles for Owens Corning Inc. and Honeywell Inc. and has managed facilities in the US, Europe, Asia, and South America. Mike graduated from Clemson University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. 

Adam Ruple, VP Human Resources

Adam Ruple joined Lignetics, Inc. in February 2022. Adam is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies, implementing people best practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that support the overall company objectives and employee culture. Prior to joining Lignetics, Adam served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Kimbel Mechanical Systems, Inc. and VP of HR for Central States Manufacturing.

Adam began his career working in progressive human resource roles with Danaher Corporation and went on to hold leadership positions with LM Wind Power and Johns Manville. Adam graduated from the University of Arkansas and holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration.

Alison Snider, Vice President Sales and Business Development

Alison Snider joined Lignetics, Inc. in September 2016 in a leadership role focused on business development, organizational structure, and process implementation.

Mrs. Snider is responsible for ensuring strategic priorities translate into tangible project goals and are supported with necessary tools and resources.  In supporting initiatives to design a culture of accountability, she has defined and implemented standardized roles and responsibilities and a monthly forecasting process since coming on board. 

Prior to joining Lignetics, Mrs. Snider earned a business degree from Southwestern College and spent 6 years in specialty retail followed by 8 years with American Recreation Products where she held several leadership roles including Director of Sales Operations and Director of Channel Marketing. More recently, she served as Director of National Accounts for Gaiam, a leading brand in the yoga and active lifestyle sporting goods space.
